The Pilgrim’s Path

Life for Ginna has been anything but ordinary since coming to Skyrim from Cyrodiil on a job designed from the very start to put her out of commission for good.

Saved by a handsome rogue from Riften, Ginna quickly found love, as well as a strategic alliance with Brynjolf and his failing Guild, but the trouble plaguing the Riften Thieves Guild went deeper than just bad luck.

Forming an alliance with a Nightingale agent, Ginna and Brynjolf swore themselves and their service to Nocturnal. Charged with returning the Skeleton Key to the Twilight Sepulcher in order to restore Nocturnal’s favor to the Thieves of Tamriel, Ginna finds herself drawn into temptation by the Mistress of Murk herself.

As Lady Luck lures her further into the Shadows, Ginna cannot resist the power and potential, nor the promise that with Nocturnal on her side everything she’s ever wanted is just a turn of the Key away… even the vengeance she so greatly desires.

So, wait, what are you going to do with To Catch a Thief? Is it almost ended, and this will be the next bit? Or is it something totally different?

    Whatever way, I’m super excited.

Is there going to be another chapter of the Pilgrim’s path?

Gah, moved countries and still no internet access at home! Reading in the library is just not the same. I can’t remember where I left off either. I think I was busy with one of Ginna’s stories. Oh well, here’s me hoping for broadband in the new year. Then I’ll just have to start over. You’ve been busy!

I’ve read so much of your stuff in a few days that I’m re-thinking about fixing my website and putting up content there again. Maybe I could put up my art portfolio there and my first, stumbling attempt at writing.

I hope you will. :) Let me know when you do so I can visit and add you to my blogroll.

I’m still learning a lot about coding and I don’t know how to make a comment box so I don’t know whether I should put it up on my website itself or on a specific writer’s blog where I could dump all of my novels and short stories.

I integrated wordpress into my domain (well, I didn’t… Mr. North did,) which makes everything so much easier to work with. Not to mention there are a ton of free templates you can upload and install if the standard WP templates aren’t to your liking.

            I’ll think about using wordpress.

I used wordpress before. I’m not a fan of it now ever since my wordpress site got hacked and they completely deleted EVERYTHING in connection to my blog there. My site’s server is still intact so I didn’t suffer that much but it’s left a scar on me.

I’ve been reading your books over the past few days and I have really fallen in love with them. After I finished Pilgrim’s Path I was sad because the next book wasn’t ready. And even more so that when I started playing Skyrim again I was disappointed with the game because I can’t follow the story line from your books. I was just wondering when the next book is coming out and what it was going to be called.

    • erica says:

Hi Brittany, that is a very nice compliment. Thank you. As for when I am going to start working on the next book in the Ginjolf series, I honestly cannot answer that right now. My mother passed away last week and I just don’t know. Before she passed I was focused on finishing my original novel, and though I miss my fanfiction characters a great deal, a part of me just can’t think clearly enough to work on anything right now.

The next book will be called Daughter of Twilight. I do know that. I hope you’ll subscribe to the site, at least that way you can keep an eye out for emails and details about Daughter of Twilight. Thanks again for that compliment.

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope all goes well with everything. I can’t honestly say I know how you must be feeling nor would I want to I know though its got to be tough. I am excited to see your next work but I hope you can find peace with your current heartaches. :)

Are you ever going to revist this story? I mean there’s just so much unfinished business and we were left wondering what happens next. Please don’t give up on Ginjolf!

    • erica says:

Hey again, Mirage. I know it sucks this hasn’t been updated in so long. As I mentioned on your comment on Ill Met By Moonlight, I really haven’t had as much time to devote to fanfiction lately as I did before. Hopefully I will get a chance to finish these stories at some point.
